corporation specializing in independent video production, marketing and
public relations, providing original and repeat quality programming to public

sites. Health Choices was initially funded by Laurance S. Rockefeller.
Gary Nenner, President of BAI, has over 30 years of experience in senior
positions in public, cable and broadcast television. He is also the Executive
Producer and creator of Inside the Law which has been airing regularly on
public television for the past ten years. Inside the Law is an hour-long legal
affairs program hosted by Fred Graham, Chief Legal Correspondent for
COURT TV and Jack Ford, former anchor/correspondent for Good Morning
America. Inside the Law has been produced in association with the NYU
School of Law, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the
American Bar Association.
Gary’s background in Public Television includes the positions of Director,
National Program Development at KERA in Dallas and Director of
Programming at the New Jersey Network. Gary spent ten years at ABC
producing programming for ABC News and ABC Sports. Prior to forming his
own production company, Gary was Vice President of Programming at the
Financial News Network.
For Health Choices Gary has assembled a staff with extensive experience
in network, cable and public television. The host, Dr. Howard Torman, has
more than fifteen years experience reporting on health and medical issues
most recently as Medical Correspondent for CBS News. The field segment
producers have been carefully selected for their background, experience
with health and medical programming and include Emmy award winners.
